Hello. I just signed up with this site today to help gain some consitencies with my workouts. I signed up for the Gain Muscle Mass Training, and then added the special FT Programs of 12 Week Abs, and Chest Mass.

I'm wondering if those 2 special programs are incorporated into the Gain Muscle Mass Training program, or if they are separate workouts that need to be done. Any help on this one?! THANKS!!

Heh -- and why the hell does it say "Gender: empty"???? I'm a 23 year old Male. How do I update that info?

The chest program is incorporated into your main workout, but the abs program isn’t. To access the abs program go to “my Weekly Exercise Schedule”, scroll down to the bottom and click where it says “Special 12-week Abdominals Program CLICK HERE to View Schedule”.

To update your profile go to the “myFT - personal Info” menu and select “ft personal profile”. There you will be able to enter your sex, birthday and other information you want displayed in your profile.
