Ok I wanted to take one week off starting next week since thats our spring break and I wouldn't really have access to a decent set of weights. Now i'm half way though this week and going though my workout as normal and I think I have a cold coming on. Its not bad yet.. more like a runny nose/sore throat but I'm wondering if I should just drop it now and skip what I have left for the week (shoulders/back/biceps) or just go through it and try to make it to next week?

Id finish week couple days missing wont hurt you though.
