I hope someone can help me out,i have the following question:- 1.I have been lifting the same amount of weights for quite soem time,how can i increase the poundages? but not at the expense of form. 2.Is it necessary to incerease your poundage all the time? 3.What would happen if you use the same amount of weights for some time , does this stun growth.
I don't see why you haven't been increasing your poundage. If your form suffers from the increase it means you added too much. If its with dumbells go by 5lbs at a time if its bbells go with 10 ata time only you know what is possible and be carefull. I've never heard of staying at the same weight stunting your growth.
