Tuna in water is better for you since the meat absorbs the liquid in which it’s stored. I always get tuna in water rather than tuna in oil / brine. I think the protein count is roughly the same though.

I think I saw where bb1fit found tuna packed in olive oil. Olive oil has big benefits so that would be fine too if you prefer the taste of oil to water. Myself, I buy those tuna pouches from starkist. The tuna is in spring water. DP
