hey do u go to the food market...and see tuna in water.....and tuna in oil...i want to know whats the difference and what better for protein ??

Tuna in water is better for you since the meat absorbs the liquid in which it’s stored. I always get tuna in water rather than tuna in oil / brine. I think the protein count is roughly the same though.

I think I saw where bb1fit found tuna packed in olive oil. Olive oil has big benefits so that would be fine too if you prefer the taste of oil to water. Myself, I buy those tuna pouches from starkist. The tuna is in spring water.
