Have not done squats since grade 10 Rugby days when I did them all the time. 6 years later (today) I decide to add them into my workout plan again. LOL those things are hard to do. Stay steady and keep good form. I asked a trainer to watch over me for a set, just to see if my form was ok. Hah, then she said that my calves and quads were probably too tight. I must have lost some flex as I did 45min workout prior to this. 12min jog, leg press, calves (sit machine) and two other lag machines. Which she responded I should be warmed up. hahaha Think I need to work on my flexibility again. Another squat machine was being used. Mine was free weight, the other one is on fixed bar, that you move up/down. Still a form of free weight, but she said to give it a few goes next time im in to get my form back.
