My left tricep is visibly larger than the left one.Any advice or exercises that could help balance them out?Thanks for the advice.

Funny you mentioned that....my right bicep is larger but my left tricep is larger than the right.

Generally you'll want to correct imbalances by doing bilateral (single limb) exercises. When you do extensions, curls, etc. do your weaker limb first for the given number of reps and then do the same reps and same weight with the stronger - never going over. Maintaining proper form with both limbs is very important. Do you notice strength differences from one limb to the other? I used to be unbalanced to my right when I played tennis often. My chest still has a slight imabalance that is working itself out. Here's a short article about muscle imabalance. It deals more with antagonist imbalances, but it's worth reading.

Kickbacks?I heard they aren't that good at gaining mass.
