Im pretty new at the weight training thing, and i want to know ....what is best for me to gain good lean muscle mass. Right now im kinda skinny, 190lb 6 ft and i want to be 240lb by june. I need it all really, i need to know nutrition, how to work out, when to workout and what extra stuff i should take. So, please help. I'll even post a good before/after pic for everyone to see. I've started taking creatine, l-glutamine mainly, and ZMA, amino acids and protein. 190lb doesn't sound skinny! I'm 150lb with basically no fat and a bit of muscle, 190 would sound pretty good to me.

If you've never lifted beofre, start out with a full-body program (meaning 1-2 exercises for ea. muscle group) 3 days per week.

If you hit plateaus or are ready for bigger gains (probably after about 8 weeks) try splitting your workout into two different ones and really blast each muscle group twice a week. (means you might need to lift another day)

As far as the 240 lbs goes, 50 lbs of muscle in less than a year is a LOT for anybody, especially somebody with a tall, lean build like you, but anything is possible with hard work.

Better eat that protein! Good luck
