Been getting up at 5am and doing work-outs, (just like boot camp again WA WHO) man do I feel good. My but drags a little in the afternoons but I just sit at a desk n-e-how. Sure dont have any problems sleeping at night, it forces me to get to bed earlier. I think this what alot of us need to do. If you stay up late your just wanting to snack and feel like crap the next morning.

Join the team of 5 am`ers
That`s the only time I can workout plus I don`t wanna be bothered after work to do anything but rest or go out with friends

YEAH; I like the evening to get things done at home, or maybe just go play.

good god guys, I'm still asleep. If I went to the gym that early, my body would still be asleep. The earliest I trained was 7 and still my intensity wasn't as great when I worked out in the evenings. 6 p.m. here.

Thats hard core; Another great thing about the morning workout is that if you happen to miss it, (just dont feel like getting up)you can still make it up after work.
