I do cardio 2 days in a week and weights 4 days, is it necessary to take supplements on cardio days , is it worthwile?or a waste?or should i just take it on weight training days?
You have no profile so i have little to work on. If your new to weight training then dont waste your money on supplements - train hard and get good food....its that easy - supplements "may" have some benefit further down the line but the only thing you may want to consider is a protein shake. This, again, is just an easy way to get that protein fix when may have missed a meal. Good luck......
For sure to the protine. Whey protein is a great protein no matter what your doing. Cardio or weights I would personally take it. Can give you that extra boost. Cardio works muscle groups too, and that would benefit you. IMO. a workout, is a workout.
