Well here's my general information. I weigh up at about 148 pounds, i'm almost 5 foot 11. Looking to put on mainly lean muscle mass but not too worried about putting on some fat.

At the moment i'm doing the 8 week mass program, targetting the chest and in combination with the 12 week Abs program.

First, i want to know what you think of this how i should change it, whether i should reduce carbs etc. (i'm not really an expert on this so giving me anything would be a good start!)

0730: 2 fried eggs on normal (unfried and unbuttered) toast. About 3/4 a pint of milk with about 20 g of protein powder. Also creatine.
[Should i eat tuna or something here for extra protein)

1300: Large(ish) meal which i could tailor probably to around 120 g of protein. (eg. Meat stew or something with some kind of carbs)

1900: Average sized meal (how much protein would you recommend here) Usually i go for bolognaise or something but fish or anything would be ok

2130: Workout
2230: Creatine, 20g protein powder, glass of milk, bed.

OK, so when should i eat carbs, protein etc. in relations to my workout. I should take creatine and glutamine afterwards right or is before okay as well?

Generally i do my workouts as well as i can but i only have dumbells to use for about the next 7 weeks then i can use a gym for 3 days a week.

Anyway any input you could give me would be really appreciated ... i kind of need help :):)

Oh yeah, is my workout way too late? It is JUST possible that i could do it in the morning. Also, what exercises would you recommend to replace the 8 week machine ones with dumbells...i mean i look at targetting muscle groups but someone with some background knowledge in the area could give some useful advice.

Also, is there anything else you need to know before you can help because if there is just ask,.. ;)
