I am sign up for the 12 weeks abs program . It shows the days I need to "Train" but I am not sure which part of the abs to train? ..or how intense to train?
Go to the screen that has what days you're supposed to train. Find a day that says train, i.e. Monday - Day 1 - train, and click on the word train to see your exercise schedule for that day. You should then find a schedule like; Crunches - 2 sets of 15 reps, Leg Raises - 2 sets of 15 reps and Seated Twists - 2 sets of 15 reps.
