Well you might want to ask specific questions or search the site. Sign up for one of the programs and stick with it. Once you complete a program, you can work off of that and create your own. After the first program I did on here and by talking to everyone on the site, I learned a lot about fitness and have been able to help a lot of people around me that wanted to see results that I have. I have gotten excellent results and you can too. You just have to be dedicated to working out and it will be second nature.
