Ive been in a program here for two weeks and havent seen much wieght loss, i am starting to see some deffinition in the arms but the waist it still pretty big. I do cardo three times a day and abs 3 times a day, anything im missing? Would wieght loss Supplements work? Thanks for the help

it takes time, you also need to watch what u eat. I've been been workin out and on a diet for about 3 1/2 months now and i've lost 15 pounds and im still goin!!

Stop getting on the scale. You will see a difference in the way your clothes fit etc. Be patient, and you will be bragging!

Cardio and abs three times a day? That sounds a little obsessive. Stay of the weight loss supplements as well.

When starting a program with weights, you will most likely gain a few pounds at the beginning as muscle wieghs more than fat (but much leaner). Give it a couple more weeks and then if still nothing, you may want to switch your program. But please finish the program before making a serious changes to it. It takes time, God didn't make the world in one day.
