This may sound weird but lifting weights and playing in sports is not good to do on the same day, heck, one year I tried to strengthen up to play better and I wound up playing worse in softball. Check out these stats, when I worked out and lifted weights in prep for softball season I hit only 2 dingers, last year I did nothing before the season and hit 19 dingers! Can someone give me some info or explination on this?
I can't wait for Softball season. I bulked up allot over the off season and plan on statin on my same diet while playing but really start to work my cardio. My upper body stregth has grown allot so I'm goin for 20 dinger this year instead of 15.
