Hi, I am new here and just wanted to know how to fill out my exercise chart. I am doing the hometraining and on the chart it has rep and actual reps and weight. For instance I do push ups and it says set# 1 and then 15 reps. So do I do 15 push ups or how many is in a rep. And for the weight do I just put 0 for the weight if I am doing push ups or squats? I know I must sound like an idiot but I need help with this.
