hey guys, I have a problem with breakfast. the only thing I like to eat for breaky is a poached egg on some whole wheat bread, and granola with milk and fruit. is this ok to eat everyday? im on a weight loss/exercise prog and I dont know if that breaky is helping me or hindering me. any suggestions/alterations?

Try and change the whole wheat bread to whole grain, have 3 eggwhites instead of 1 whole egg. Less fat and more protien. I wouldn't have the granola as you are increasing carbs, and you are getting carbs from the bread and the fruit.

thanks for the tips, but I cant eat egg whites without the yolks! i have never liked egg whites, but i can tolerate them as a whole egg. I will, however ax the granola. anything else I can add to fill me up?

You can always have some low fat cottage cheese which is very high in protien. Hope this helps
