I tried Adkins and I'm so sick of these damn fad diets, but I have had so many friends and family loose weight and get fit from WW. They keep it off also. I gained right back after Adkins. The diet plan on here says to it 300 carbs a day.. Are you crazy. That's insane. I NEED HELP WITH DIET. I want a hot body in 5 months and I only have about 20 pounds to loose if that. Any suggestions from those people out there who know what they're talking about and they're fit. Thank you!!
