I am thin...5' 7" and 150 lbs.(male). I have been working out regularly for the past 4 yrs. I started to follow the schedule from "free trainers" (for toning) 8 months ago. I see good results. My weight hasn't changed over the past 1 yr. However I have shed considerable amount of fat. My questions are:
1- Is there a way I could accelerate this fat burn process?
2- I would like to add 5-8 more pounds and add an inch or inch and half to the arm.It is difficult to gain muscle when you do cardio for 30 min/ 3-4 times a week. I am also on a moderately low carb. How can I gain weight(muscle) and continue to shed fat?
