Hi! I have a question concerning my fitness plan I received from FreeTrainers. I indicated that I want to exercise four times a week, and the plan they sent is for Mon, Tues., Thurs. and Friday. My question is that since my schedule allows for me to go only on Mon, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday, can I keep the original plan they sent and use it on the days I mentioned I can go, or would that only hinder the plan's success?
