hey guys wanted to know whats a good thing to eat right before u go to bed i go to bed around 11...i workout at 730-900what can i eat or take before bed??thats would be good

Ok I bought some cottage cheese and oh boys it doesn't taste right, I'm currently mixing it with some peaches but it doesn't help enough. I'm not sure I'll stick to cottage cheese for long, any other suggestion for late healty snack? By the way, I do not mind gaining weight, I'm skinny :(

fiber 1 or All Bran cereal with skim milk? about 1 serving 30min b4 bed.

Try not to take in carbs before bed.

Carbs ends up getting stored while sleeping, and will turn into fatty tissue.
