Could someone please explain to me how to do Inclined Seated Calf Raises? There is no explination of this exercise on the site. I would appeciate any help.
There is a machine for it; while seated you place your knees under a bar a lift the weight using your calves. You could do this with any bench and a block to place you feet on, place a board or pad on your kneees then use a barbell to hold the weight.
