Hey, I've just started a routine provided by ft. I'm into my second week now. However, I notice that I can't lift as much weight as I could during my first week of the program. Especially for my triceps. For the first week, I was doing "Lying Cross Face Triceps Extensions" with a 10 lb weight. But for this week, I can't even do the same exercise with the same amount of weight, let alone increasing it. Could I be overtraining my muscles? But my triceps were not sore when I was training it during the second week. Please advise.
Sometimes strength can vary from week to week. I wouldn't worry about it too much assuming that you are just following the FT program that is appropriate for your level.
