cant get ride of the stomach

i have been working my abs all 4 areas of them and its been well over 2 months now, and i havnt seen any progress.Yet i hae been doing a high protien diet to boot and still at the same weight and dont see a change is there anything anyone can sugest helping me loos the extra weight(fat)and tone and trim up i am stumped at this point and and want to get the best results, looking to get close or some type or effect showing by the first of june and i am willing to trive hard to get there slowly but sherly

well my fat intake has been very low, but hmm who knows,i am usually eating or taking in protien every 3 hours to keep it consistant, but mabye its not enough carbs shrug
but anyhow thank you for the info well appreciated

Try to cut out your sugar intake; no pop, no sweats or candies, no cookies-pastries, no fruit juices.

Remember also time is of the essence here with abs, remember it took long for us to get the fatty tissue, takes long to shed also.
be patient, and follow all of the above.
Give at least another 2-3 months (depending on how much fat is covering the abs)!
