Hi When i'm doing tricep extensions on my left arm (or two arm tricep extensions), if i'm using a heavier weight, or beginning to fail on a set, my the joint between my upper arm and shoulder gives me trouble, it's hard to explain, but its really uncomfortable, and i fear it could inhibit my progress. Has anyone heard of anything like this before or know what to do?? Thanks Peter
