hEY GUYS I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW IF 30 MINUTES OF CARDIO A DAY IS GOOD FOR GETTING ABS LOWER AND UPPER...ALSO I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW IF NOT EATING AFTER 9 IS OK??
If you just want your abs to show? Doing lots of cardio will help. Nothing to eat after 9pm? Depends what time you go to bed? You should alow 1-2hrs after any meals before your bedtime.

Hi mikey if you are looking for those abs, cardio will get rid of the fat covering them, along with a good diet. Have tried the 12 week ab program here at ft it's pretty good. Eating after 9pm like mentioned depends on when bed time is if eating late leave the carbs out
