hey mikey again wanted to know if doing cardio at like 5am-6am then i work 7-4 the workout at 6...is that ok...doing my workout at like 6 ...just cardio morning and work out 6 at night..also is diet sodas ook to drink like diet sprite diet dr.pepper..etc....

Mikey you don't have to keep posting the same question in different areas on different days. Read the answers to your posts and the same replies are in your email questions.
Diet sodas cotain aspertame and not recomended.
