Fat burners required?

if i want that really cut look with washboard abs like cover models. Will i need the help of fat burners? especially for when ill need to get rid of that little thin layer of fat over my abs?

Its all done in the kitchen shaolin. Eat lean. bf% has to be around6-10%

aiight thx.

i dont really agree with this site for my diet.
it says i should consume about 300g of carbs and 24g of fat.. isnt the fat too little, and carbs too high?

Your right on that. The #'s on this site don't make sense.
The fat shouldn't be more than 30% of your total calories, carbs should be a little less than your protien which should be at 1-2grms per lb of body weight. Take as an example
total calories 2000*.30 =600 devided by 9 (calories per grm ) =67grms of fat.
if you are trying to lose fat, cut it back.
