Lower ab problem!

Hey i would like to know how can i get rid of fat on the lower abs with love handles also i heard if u put like a broomstick and put it on ur shoulders and do twists it helps..i would love to hear everyone input on this ,i want to know how to get rid of it...please help with what things i can do

Well, the fat around your waist is going to be removed by proper diet, and a complete program of resistance training and cardio.
A person cannot spot reduce. Unfortunatly to much media hype makes people believe they can.
Seated twists are for the lats, crunches develop the abs.
I would suggest an excersise program here from ft and the 12 week ab program.
I guarantee if you eat properly and exersise, your fatty tissue will disappear from all over your body.
To expose your abs, you have to have your bf down to about 10%.

The number one thing I do is to reduce my sugar intake.
