Hi Mikey, me again too!!!, For a good all around chest exercise, do your benches, then incline presses, then decline presses. This will hit all areas of the chest. I suggest three sets of each, you will have to decide what you can lift and how many times. Keeping track of what you lift in a journal each week will help you progress in weight. Good biceps, do your basics, concentration curls with dumbells, preacher curls, and try standing e-z bar curls, but do them as 21's. You might want to work your triceps on the same day as your biceps. This works real well for me but some people are different. ABS-CRUNCHES, LEG LIFTS, AND MORE CRUNCHES AND MORE LEG LIFTS. Have a wonderful day Mikey I hope this helps.

Sandy said it all. but id just like to say, for flat long abs id recommend u work them out no more then 2 times a week. I personaly dont like thick big abs, i like washboard abs. Like a covermodel. But remember, its not just ur workout, to get real cut abs ur gunna need to watch ur diet and work on some cardio.

One more thing Mikey, quick results are short term results, kind of like those sauna suits they came out with, you know lose ten pounds in 2 days, OH YEAH, that worked for thousands of people, NOT. Miracles do not happen overnight, it takes long hard work and dedication for it to last.
