Hi! This is my first week in freetrainers.com, im following the routines they gave me, and its been great for me.
but theres a problem in the ABS workout. I really dont understand how the SEATED TWISTS exercise is done... there are no pictures of it, and the explanation seems kind of confusing.
Thanx for the help! Bye

Ok...a seated twist is done sitting at the edge of a bench. hold a bar with each hand at the end of the baras if you are going to lift it over you head. Place it behind your head,(resting on the shoulders)look straight ahead at all times and twist your body from side to side keeping your legs and feet still. When you move from side to side, you should feel the opposite lat muscle. Hope this helps.

While doing this workout try concentrating on your obliques. This excersise can be done with a broom stick or anything like that. So its a convenient workout.
