First of all, you should be eating every 2-3 hours, small portions. Prepare your meals ahead of time, and warm them up. Stick with items such as fish, chicken, brown rice, yams, etc. Protein bars are also a great healty and easy snack.
For muscle gain supplements, you should start with a protein shake following your workouts. I would suggest adding creatine as well as glutamine in that shake as well. 10 grams each. Those shud suffice.
