I just started taking creatine a week ago, so i already loaded. now i am confused on when to take my creatine, i am taking it twice daily, pre and post workout. any advice on spreading it out, or more opportune times to take it? thanks for the help David

I have the same question too. I just ordered myself some creatine monohydrate and it'll be here soon. I'm going to be loading for 5 days with 20grmm each day. after that, how much, and when should i take creatine. post-pre workout?

After loading phases, take 5g per day, preferably post workout. On days that you don't train, you can take it any time, but optimally, you'd take it around the same time of day that you do on training days.
