If I'm doing 50+ situps at night, should I rest the next day, or excercise every night?? My Abs don't ache or anything during the day after I work them..

Well the smallest muscles in your body need atleast 48 hours of rest. When you work your muscles, it wouldnt make any sence to work them and have no time to recover. so dont do them everynight. Try three times a week or so. This way the muscles will have more time to recover and you will see results

Abs are just like any other muscles, you shouldn't work them everyday.

The above posts are right on. If you are doing 1 complete set of 50 and nothing happening, try doing the sit ups really slow, and try 2 sets of 15. You will see a difference.
Hope this helps.
