Is it okay that i add in jogging and swimming and doing the 12 week exercise program? I'm trying my very best. i do at least 5 km jogging and once i start to do the routines. i get very tired..
We need a little more info rinatio. Which 12 week program and what are your goals? If you're doing the 12 week mass program the cardio (if excessive) can cut in to your gains. I may be interpreting incorrectly, but it sounds like you're doing your workout after your run/swim. Take a look at what you're doing and possibly get rid of some of the overlap. It's hard to work out when you've already used up your reserves.
