I am doing machines at my gym..10 reps, 2 sets, 10-12 machines 4 times per week....how do I know how much weight to use. I am now using weights between 10 to 30 lbs. How do I know if this is the right weight for me...or when to increase weight. I am doing machines just for toning....I do not want to gain "bulky" musles over time. I am 5'2"...93 pounds.

Please advice

First off it would help us give more detailed info if you fill in your profile. Males and females don't gain the same.
You are the one who knows when to change up on the weights If you are able to do all the reps right to the end of a set with out any trouble you are going to light. The last 3 reps should really be hard for you to do. When they get easy add more weight.
Hope this helps.

The wish to not gain "bulky" muscles makes me think eyec1 is a female. You will not gain big man-like muscles if you are a female unless you're taking steroids or something like that. Lift as heavy as you can with good form.
