i am 178 lbs 5 ft 10 inches, and have been training since a year and have been bulking up since then, to gain size and still wanna gain more size, i calcualted my body fat on this site and came to 22%, i would like to know if this bad for the health? if this can cause any health problems? because im not obese i just have a bit of a gut, and wanna cut down but only after i get the size i want.Pleasee help.

22% for your height and weight is not unhealthy.
As you keep training you will see the % drop. To get more of an accurate reading you should try calipers. The fat is not only from the gut area. You have a layer almost all over your body, just it collects easier there!
Keep working hard and eat a good diet, you will see the #'s drop.

The calculator on this site is a little simplistic, but I suppose might give you a good range.
