I just finished my 12 week muscle and strength program and am on my second week of rest. I want to get a new program but I cannot seem to be able to. The screen just tells me about the 14 weeks I have gone through with no new program for next week i redid my profile and chose the prgreessive mass program or something yet am not getting any more workouts!! Help anyone please!
It might be a good time to migrate to more specified routines or start designing new ones. The ones that FT spits out don't have as much direction as ones hand built by pros. Head over to t-mag.com and go to the FAQ section. Find the question about routines and you'll find some real action.
