I have recently started working out for 4 days a week instead of my 3 day a week split training.Now i did my chest day on monday and finished my leg training Wednesday(my calves are still reeling!Now i want to take thursday and friday off for several reasons.Is it alright to finsh my week doing Back on Saturday and arms on Sunday.I never usually take a two day break in the middle of the week.Thanks for the advice.Much appreciated
As a general rule, I wouldn't do weights more than three days in a row. If you have to go three consecutive days, then try to fit the legs workout in the middle.
