Hey all, Like the subject says, its been a while, but I'm back and I'm more motivated than ever. Unfortunately, I lost a lot of strength in the last 2 months that I have been slacking off. It disgusts me, so for the last 2 weeks, I have been getting back into the swing of things slowly but surely. I'm feeling good and can't wait to start reading what everyone has to say about everything again. Thanks for all the previous motivation. It is also your words that have helped me get back into the training.
I'm brand new to the site but have been training for years. I am very pumped about the 12 week mass building program and looking forward to some gains. Glad to see you jumping back into the game. Give it hell!
