i have been doing the 12 week muscle mass and abs program, and i do notice results, but now im at the end of the program, and im not sure what to do now... i want to keep building muscle... if someone could help me out id be great... thanx, eric.
It's always good to see some feedback on someone going through the programs. If you're goal is still the same you can repeat the 12 week program after taking the rest period to let your body recuperate. Just make sure you change the level - ie., if you started as a beginner, change the workout level to intermediate or possibly even advanced. For some, it helps to do a different program for 3 or 4 weeks, then go back to the mass program. Keep your log up to date and make sure you're still encouraging the muscles to grow.
