Does hydroxycut really work. I have been following the weight program you guys set up for me for about 7 weeks now. I am feeling much better and can see some changes in my physical being. I am not losing as much weight as I would like. My diet could be better I suppose. I have really good eating days and then I have days where I have a bad meal. I have started taking a protein shake. I just wonder if Hydroxycut or any thing like it will enhance what I am trying to do? What do you pros think? Oh, and I am doing cardio. I do 5 days a week. I mix it up so that I do not get bored. I do not want to think that this is too much, especially because weight loss is a major goal. I have about 15lbs I want to lose. Any info will be appreciated.

15lbsis not alot. Yet to some it is too much. I think from what you wrote you are really trying and putting good effort. Try eating more often. 5-6 times a day. Add in more protien , some good carbs. Try a meal replacement 1-2 times a day.
Like you said its only been 7 weeks...give it time. The more you feed your muscles, the faster your meabolism gets.
Your muscles will use up (or burn that xtra fat).
Save your hard earned $$$. I don't recoment the stuff!
Fill in your profile so we know more about you.
Good Luck

Thank you for the information and the guidance. I will take your advice and stay away from the Hydroxycut. I will try to implement some meal replacements into my diet. Any recommendations as to what I should have? Brand? Thank you.

That all depends on personal taste. But look at the #'s
High in protien , low fat,med carbs.
There are some more knowledgable people on here, who I'm sure will give you more info on this.
I use EAS Myoplex.
You can also do a search on here as the topic came up many times.
