hey, ive been missing workouts because im too busy these days (dont come home till 10pm) what should i do? im at my wits end p.s. i dont wanna get retrenched, so i gotta keep up my preformance in work
Well... even if you can get in to the training 1x per week till things quiet down, that is better than nothing. You will find skipping all together will make it very hard to get back in.
