Due to a hip replacement surgery 10 years ago, I am having trouble with exercises that involve lifting my legs such as a reverse crunch and leg lifts. Are there any alternate moves that do not involve lifting the leg that are effective?
Sorry, that's for incline situps. I guess you can call it inclining to 30 degrees or declining, just make sure your head is closer to the ground than your feet.
