I have been working out for 3 months now and i've seen great muscle growth and some problems too.It seems by right bicep is bigger than the left and my left tricep is bigger than my right. Also it seems the right side of my upper back is a bit smaller than my left side. Can anyone give me some training tips on how to balance my muscle size?thanks for the help in advance.

Its a fact of life while lifting. Many posts on tehis topic. Evern the Pro's have a stronger and smaller side. My suggestion would be to use dumbells as often as possible so you dont faavor your stronger side, did independent movements..........just my 2 cents
