hey guys When should i include forearms im my workout? Bicep day? Is doing forearms more than once a week too much?

I would incorporate fore rms into your bicep day or upper body day. I don't see a problem doing them more than once. I do them mon wed fri. I'm sure you will get some other good responses here. Good luck to you !

I incorporate forearms in my "arms" workout routine. Seems appropriate to work all aspects of the arm if one is doing bi/tri workouts. Forearm is extremely important to the overall strength of the arm.

I do my arm workout once a week. I do my forarm workout two or three days after my arm workout. I've been getting good results this way.
I figure that I end up working out triceps when I do my chest, so I do that 2-3 days after my arm workout and finish it off with forarms.
This kinda of gives me a good arm pump on my chest days and a grueling arm workout on arm days.
