First off, Welcome! Good to see another big guy here. I can sympathize with you as I was at a starting weight of 282 & have been stuck at 241 for at least 3-4 months.
A big aspect of your workout though sounds like some power lifting, exercises not associated with aerobic activity. The big thing to look at is your appearance. Have you lost inches? Do you look leaner or appear to have less fat even though you haven't lost pounds? Are you wearing a smaller size pants? As you will see posted her frequently, muscle weighs more than fat, so you may be losing fat and gaining muscle, but not losing pounds. This is normal with heavy lifting.
As for diet, high protein, low carb and low fat is a standard that helps you lose weight. The majority of your carbs should come right after your workout.
This site is great and there are a lot of very helpful people here, so keep asking questions!
-------------- The meek shall inherit the Earth, but the strong and muscular will carry them through it! That which does not kill me can only make me stronger.
