hey ive got an arm injury, i cant do much, it's been already 2 days since i did my first exercise. should i be exercising? because i want my arm to heal faster and i will die of pain if i tried exercising since exersises like "push ups" or "dips.....back" need a lot of arm strength. If i should not excersise, should i skip or do the exersises that were scheduled on the day that i missed? If I shouldn't skip do i do it on anyday that i want?
