I signed up for the 8 week mass program. My 8 weeks just finished but i was behind a week b/c i was sick so when the computer thought i was on week 8 i was really doing week 7. So then today when i go to get my workout my old schedule is gone so first i sign up for a new one then i want to get back to my old schedule to finish that workout. But i can't get to it. So i just decided to skip that week and i'll start this coming monday. But when i go to my monday workout half of the weight and rep boxes are filled in. i don't know y b/c i never filled them in does that mean that they want me to do these number of reps just at that weight or was that some error? I am really confused because now there are a bunch of machine lifts on there too but i put in that i only had access to free weights. Anyone else ever had this happen?
