Chris, I've noticed this situation with quite a few people. As I've had it explained, our dominant arm tends to not develop at the same rate because the muscle fibers involved are different. We tend to use our dominant side for speed activities like writing, throwing a ball, pulling out our keys from our pocket...you get the idea. We use our opposite, in your case (and mine), the left for things like holding whatever we might of purchased while pulling out our keys, picking up the heavy objects while doing something that requires a quicker response with our right. Observe yourself for a week and you'll see what I'm saying.
You can perform dumbell curls, incline dumbell curls are great and concentration curls help build the peak.
