I'm 15 and I work out at least 3 times a week, at school or at home. I usually smoke a joint(marijuana) before my workouts and after my cardio. I heard from some friends that all these muscle gains will stunt my growth. I just tried on an old jacket and my arms don't reach the sleaves anymore etc. plz help a retarded shrinking stoner! X_X Is there counter shrinking techniques?
Stop smoking MJ. The MJ will stunt your brain cells and your IQ actually goes down. That is a fact. I have nothing against MJ but it looks like you are smoking it way too much. Anyone correct me if I am wrong but I also heard that MJ could possibly prevent you from reaching your genetic potential. How long have you been training?
